Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Baker Studios LLC, doing business as Baker Studios (“Baker Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use Bimble.
The short version: Bimble has no account, no servers of ours, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. What you add to Bimble stays on your device. We cannot see it, and we do not collect, sell, or share personal information.
Information stored on your device
Bimble stores what you add so the app can work: the places you are waiting for (their names, dates, and notes), any letter you write to yourself, small reasons you are looking forward to each place, your three daily things, which of them you did each day and any rest days, lines you write about a day, the village pieces you have placed, the name you would like Pacer to call you if you give one, and your settings such as reminders, sound, music, season, and light.
This information is stored on your device using Apple's standard storage, and is shared with Bimble's own widgets on the same device through an app group so they can show your trail and your three. It never leaves your device except as described below.
Device backups
Bimble does not sync your data anywhere. Like other app data, it is included in your device's regular backups if you use them, such as iCloud Backup or a backup to your computer. Those backups are made and stored by Apple or on your own computer under your settings, and Baker Studios cannot access them.
Notifications
If you turn on a reminder, Bimble asks for permission to send notifications and schedules them on your device. A morning reminder may mention the first of your three. Reminders are not sent from our servers, and you can turn them off at any time in Bimble or in iOS Settings.
Saving your walk as a file
Bimble can save your walk as a readable text file. The file is created on your device and goes only where you choose to send or save it using the iOS share sheet.
What we do not collect
Bimble does not include analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or other third-party software development kits, does not use your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health data, and does not track you across other companies' apps and websites. Because we do not receive your information, we have nothing to sell or share.
If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and use it only to reply and provide support. Apple may provide us with aggregate, anonymous App Store and crash statistics if you have chosen to share them with app developers in your device settings.

Children
Bimble is suitable for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. A parent or guardian with a question can contact us at the address below.
Keeping and deleting your information
Your information stays until you remove it. Deleting a place, a line, or a daily thing in Bimble removes it from the app. Deleting Bimble from your device removes the data stored on that device. Device backups made before then may still contain it until those backups are replaced or deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because Bimble keeps your information on your device rather than with us, you can exercise these directly in the app and in iOS Settings. You can also contact us with any request.
Changes to this policy
If Bimble's data practices change, for example if a future version adds a feature that sends information to us, we will update this policy before that version is released and change the date above.
